Personally Identifiable Information(PII) Personally identifiable information is information that can be used to uniquely identify a user such as name, address, phone number, email address or credit card number. When you create a new account or access your existing account for the purpose of purchasing product from this website, you agree to enter your PII completely and accurately.

Account Setup/Activation

When you create a new account with us or access your existing account for the purpose of purchasing product from this website, you agree and acknowledge that we have the authority to charge your e-check, credit card or bitcoin account with regards to the cost of the item(s) purchased and the fees that come along with it to complete the ordering process. You also agree and acknowledge that all “PII” you provided is accurate and up to date. You agree to allow us to use your “PII” to send you promotional material, emails and other correspondence by any of the following means; email, phone calls, fax or postal service. Our data system is up-to-date and accurate. When a customer places an order, he/she receives an email with the order confirmation number which is also electronically transmitted to our shipping department. We use ShipWire.com for all orders.

When you place an order with us, you will receive three (3) email notifications: Each of these notifications is to inform you about the status of your order. Once your order reaches traceable stage, you will also get a URL to track your order. Please note that we reserve 2 business days for the warehouse to ship out order. Let’s say if you placed your order for example Monday the 1st via 2 day shipping, we will drop it in the mail Wednesday the 3rd and you will receive it Friday the 5th. This is standard procedure for any online business.

Recurring Orders
Most of our products do not come with recurring orders or monthly subscriptions. It is up to you to decide if you want to sign up for one or not. Before you will be signed up for any type of monthly / recurring orders, you will be given a choice and you will decide if you want to receive our product(s) on the monthly basis or not. Normally, we are offering 15 days free trial, where you pay only shipping and handling fee, receive one month supply to test it and if you do not cancel within 15 days from the purchase date, we will mail you 30 days supply every 30 days, starting day 15 from when you purchase free sample. Please note that in order to stop monthly subscription orders, you will need to contact us before we issue a tracking number for the next shipment. Once tracking number is issued, you will receive an email and order will be sent out. In that case, in order to cancel recurring shipment, you will need to return the order back. When you cancel subscription, you must wait for us to reply and confirm that your subscription is cancelled. We usually reply within 2 hours during business hours PST - Lost Angeles time zone. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our product or services and wish to get a refund, no problem, we will issue a full refund, just contact us and let us know.

Credit Card Billing

By placing an order, you give us the authority to charge your credit card with regards to the cost of the item purchased and the fees that come along with it to complete the ordering process. You also understand that the charges of our company will reflect the statement of your credit card. Liabilities By placing an order, you assume full responsibility for personal injury to yourself and further release web site owners, it’s employees, and contractors from any legal liabilities associated with damage arising from use of any products purchased on this web site.

Refund / Return Policy

We are offering “no questions asked”, 100% money back guarantee. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your order, even if product was used, we are willing to issue full refund back to your payment method. All you have to do is return remaining product back to us at your cost for the shipping and once we receive it, 100% refund will be issued. Please note, you will be refunded for one opened bottle per household. If you buy two or more bottles, do not open 2nd bottle if you want to get full refund. If seal on the 2nd bottle is ripped, turned or missing, no refund will be issued for the 2nd opened container.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping and delivery depends on the location and shipping weight. At the checkout, you will be presented with a variety of shipping options, that includes USPS, FedEx, UPS or DHL for international orders, cost and approximate delivery date. We have the right to refuse to accept any orders placed for products. You are responsible for the accuracy of all information you provide that is necessary for us to process your order. If an order has not been shipped, shipped to an incorrect or invalid address due to such inaccuracy, you alone are responsible. Dates for delivery are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Estimates are provided by the carrier, and are subject to matter beyond our control. If a delivery requires a signature to confirm receipt, it is your responsibility to ensure that there is someone at the delivery address to sign for the products when delivered. It is also your responsibility to collect the products from any postal collection depot and/or arrange an alternative delivery date if you are not available to sign for the products. We will not refund orders that are refused, or that are returned because they cannot be delivered. At our discretion, we may substitute the chosen carrier company or carrier class if we feel it is necessary or recommended.All items purchased are made in accordance with a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such orders pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for safe delivery of goods once we pass the shipments to the carrier because we do not ship the products directly. We cannot accept responsibility for any orders delayed, confiscated or seized by foreign customs or governments. You country may also assign duties or taxes to your order. It is your responsibility to contact customs officials in your country for the best information on how your order will be handled by local customs PRIOR to ordering. We will not refund or accept any liability for international shipments not delivered, lost, refused, delayed, seized, or confiscated. We do not accept your order until we receive notice from our credit card merchant that your payment has been authorized and/or we have received payment in full in cleared funds. Orders can not be canceled once submitted. If for any reason payment in full is not made, we may withhold or suspend delivery of the products. If you purchase a product that is offered by a third party merchant outside of Company, you agree to further accept the terms and conditions of the third party company. Every customer receives door to door tracking number which will display shipping and delivery.
