Many people struggle with their weight and sometimes it can be the focus of their existence. Like many, I always fought to keep my weight off or at the “right spot” throughout childhood and into college. It was lonely going through life as someone who was overweight and that only got worse when I moved away from home to start my new career after graduation.
When embarking on a new weight loss program there’s a lot to consider. Losing weight requires a 3-pronged approach, incorporating Diet, Exercise, & Overall Health into the mix. Without this triangle it’s difficult to achieve desired results. Foods that serve all three components well are the keys to our success. Including the right foods in our diet is one of the best ways to boost our metabolism and lose weight.
